Winter Kitchen Catering was started in 2009 by Bruce & Leah Winter to provide good quality wholesome food for everybody. We started off out at Wallsend and have since moved to Belmont Golf Club, and have been located there now for the last 2 years.
Bruce is a local boy having grown up in Singleton in the Hunter Valley, after many years travelling both in Australia and abroad, working in a number of establishments including Hilton Resorts in the Maldives, Crown Towers(Crown Casino) Melbourne(one of Australia's newest 5 star hotels), The Windsor Hotel Melbourne(one of Australia's oldest 5 star hotels), Regent Hotel, Kaula Lumpa, Ski Resorts, Island Resorts, Hunter Vineyards and various Sydney venues including owning "Atchison;s Brasserie"-St Leonards for several years. Newcastle was chosen as the new home for his young family.
Behind the scenes is Bruce's wife Leah & two girls, Danika & Zara, who assist with all sorts of tasks including function organisation, accounts and support.
